It's based on Mexican flavours and has just a touch of heat and sweet. Use this rub to season anything that's going to be used in burritos, tacos, tortillas etc.
Adobo Beef Cheek Chilli - Adobo Dirty Rice - Adobo Grilled Chicken Breast
Grilled BBQ'd corn loves this stuff - just grill your corn cobs, baste with butter and season with this Adobo. Add a little salt to your taste (we don't use any in this rub, this way you can control your preferred salt levels) & give a little squeeze of fresh lime juice before serving.
It's perfect for low and slow cuts.
Use as a base for chilli or sprinkle on your steak or chicken before grilling.
